3. Return Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or sent in error by DMuzic.Corp.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
For defective or incorrect products, a full refund (including return shipping) will be issued.
