Introduction
DMuzic.Corp (“DMuzic”, “we”, “our”) operates a platform where Mozambican artists can share song previews, showcase their work, and connect with DJs, producers, and other professionals for collaborations and business opportunities. By using our platform, you agree to the terms below.
1. Artist Upload Rules
· Preview Uploads:
a) Artists may upload song previews of minimum 25 seconds and maximum 1 minute to be displayed in the Global Community section.
b) Previews must follow all technical requirements outlined in the upload guidelines.
c) Full Project Submissions (Artist Community Page - artists only):
· The full project must include:
a) High-quality photo or cover art (minimum 1500x1500px)
b) Beat file (WAV)
c) Acapella file (WAV)
d) Full song (WAV)
e) All files must be compressed into a single .RAR file.
· Copyright Protection:
a) Once an artist shares a project with DMuzic, we will safeguard the material while it is under our management.
b) The project will be temporarily held as DMuzic property solely for the purpose of protecting the work until a deal is finalized.
c) Upon sale, DMuzic will transfer all copyright documents to the new owner, ensuring they have full legal ownership and freedom to use the work.
d) Copyright protection ensures no project will be sold to more than one buyer under the same terms.
2. Buyer & DJ Access
· Purchase Options for Full Tracks:
a) 50% Rights & 50% Royalties: $250 minimum
b) 100% Rights & 50% Royalties: $600 minimum
c) 100% Rights & 100% Royalties: $1,000 minimum
· Purchase Options for Collaborations:
- Vocals Only:
a) 50% Rights & 50% Royalties: $200 minimum
b) 100% Rights & 100% Royalties: $600 minimum
- Beat Only:
a) 50% Rights & 50% Royalties: $200 minimum
b) 100% Rights & 100% Royalties: $500 minimum
3. Custom Pricing:
a) Final prices may vary depending on the artist’s set rate.
b) Release schedules are agreed upon between the artist and the buyer/collaborator.
4. Collaboration Rules
· The artist’s name must be credited as a secondary main artist on all DMuzic collaborations and sales.
· Communication is recommended through DMuzic’s private chat for security, but parties may use other methods at their own risk.
5. Payments & Transactions
· All negotiations must be finalized before payment.
· Buyers pay directly through DMuzic’s platform.
· Upon payment, buyers can download the RAR file directly.
· Invoices will be sent via email or WhatsApp (if provided).
· Copyright transfer documents will be sent to the buyer within 3–5 business days after payment.
· If the artist reports a rights violation, DMuzic reserves the right to withhold documentation and usage permission until the matter is resolved.
6. Fees & Payouts
· DMuzic retains 10% of all transactions as a platform fee.
· Negotiators receive 6% per transaction.
· Payments to artists and collaborators are processed within 3–5 business days after payment clearance for buyer protection.
7. Copyright Violations
· Any report of copyright infringement will be reviewed.
· If confirmed, DMuzic may take legal action and revoke access to the work.
8. Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for violations of terms, fraud, or misuse of the platform.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By uploading content or making a purchase on DMuzic’s platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Privacy & Safety Policy

1. Introduction
DMuzic.Corp (“DMuzic”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy, safety, and intellectual property of all artists, DJs, buyers, and collaborators using our platform. This policy explains how we collect, store, and protect your information, as well as the measures we take to ensure a secure and trustworthy environment for all members.
2. Information We Collect
· Account Information: Name, email address, phone/WhatsApp contact (optional), and account login details.
· Artist Content: Uploaded music previews, full project files, photos, cover art, and any other material you submit.
· Transaction Data: Purchase history, sales records, payment details (processed securely via third-party payment providers).
· Communications: Messages sent through DMuzic’s private chat system and support inquiries.
3. How We Use Your Information
· Operate and maintain the platform.
· Facilitate secure transactions between artists and buyers.
· Protect intellectual property rights.
· Communicate updates, invoices, and important platform notifications.
· Enforce our Terms & Conditions.
4. Data Protection & Security
· All files uploaded to DMuzic are stored in secure, access-controlled systems.
· Payment processing is handled via secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
· Only authorized DMuzic staff can access full project files, and only for the purposes of project management, copyright protection, or dispute resolution.
5. Intellectual Property Safety
· Artist projects are kept private and protected until a deal is finalized.
· DMuzic will never sell, license, or use an artist’s work without written consent from the rightful owner.
· Copyright documents are only transferred to a buyer after payment clearance and within the agreed timeframe.
6. Member Safety & Communication
· Keep negotiations inside DMuzic’s private chat for safety and proper documentation.
· Users communicating outside the platform do so at their own risk.
· DMuzic will act on any verified report of harassment, fraud, or rights violations.
7. Data Sharing
· We do not sell or trade personal data.
· Information may be shared only with payment processors, legal authorities if required by law, or the other party in a confirmed transaction.
8. Your Rights
· Request access, corrections, or deletion of personal data (unless required for legal or contractual obligations).
Policy Updates DMuzic may update this Privacy & Safety Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on the platform, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updates.
